Đề bài: Describe a holiday you recently celebrated.
You should say:
Where you went
Who you went with
What you did there
And explain why you enjoyed it so much.
1. Cách tận dụng 1 phút chuẩn bị
Thay vì viết cả câu, hãy liệt kê các từ khóa (Keywords) theo cấu trúc:

II. Bài Mẫu Band 7.0+ | Sample IELTS Speaking Part 2
Introduction: To be honest, I’m a bit of a travel enthusiast, so I’ve been to quite a few places. However, today I’d like to share with you a trip to Da Lat that I took with my best friends last summer, which was truly an unforgettable experience.
Where & Who: Da Lat is a charming city located in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, often referred to as the “City of Eternal Spring” because of its pleasantly cool weather. I went there with a group of four friends to celebrate our graduation. We decided to go by coach to enjoy the scenic views along the way.
What you did: During our three-day stay, we had a jam-packed schedule. We spent most of our time sightseeing. We visited some famous spots like the Valley of Love and Tuyen Lam Lake. One of the highlights was “cafe-hopping” because Da Lat is famous for its uniquely decorated coffee shops with breathtaking views of the pine forests. At night, we headed to the night market to indulge in local street food like grilled rice paper and hot soy milk, which were absolutely delicious in the chilly air.
Why you enjoyed it: The reason why I enjoyed this holiday so much is twofold. Firstly, it allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and find some inner peace. The tranquil atmosphere there was just what I needed after a stressful semester. Secondly, it was a great chance for us to strengthen our bond. We shared many laughs and created memories that I will cherish for a long time. It really helped me recharge my batteries before starting my first job.

Thì Quá khứ đơn (Past Simple): Dùng để kể lại các sự kiện đã diễn ra.

Thì Quá khứ tiếp diễn (Past Continuous): Dùng để mô tả bối cảnh (The sun was shining when we arrived…).

Câu điều kiện loại 2 (Conditionals): Giả định nếu không có chuyến đi đó (If I hadn’t taken that trip, I would have been burnt out…).

Mệnh đề quan hệ (Relative Clauses): Để mở rộng ý (Da Lat, which is a hilly city, is perfect for trekking…).
